The Podhale Checkerboard features Podhale woodcarving–inspired motifs set within hand-painted golden yellow checkerboard tiles, originally created in watercolor and pigment printed on organic cotton.

Part of our checkerboard series, Blanc et Rouge is happy to present The Podhale Checkerboard. The design is composed of a series of golden yellow tiles which were initially waterpainted, and digitally repeated to create the base. Within the tiles, a delicate trace of Podhale-inspired woodcarvings can be seen. The design is carefully pigment printed. This 2 sided cushion is composed of a 100% organic cotton. All our cushions include a duck feather insert, and the iconic B&R zipper. Proudly handmade in Poland.
